Strategy and planning system introduction

We work through the tool the British military uses to plan battles and strategize – the 7 questions. It’s a systematic tool for analysing a problem and the team’s role in solving it, generating options of how to solve them and evaluating them. This is a fantastic tool for planning anything, in any industry. It is particularly effective.

The 7 questions can be used as they are as a very rudimentary planning method but more effectively are used in association with a range of other tools and processes which we teach to the audience. The original military method has been adapted for non-military use by the Moonraker team.

In this session we use an example problem to learn and understand this planning tool.
